Guided by the spirit of bringing relatively advanced American garment-making technologies and products to every garment-making base worldwide, the company established its first branch in Honduras, Central America, in 1996, officially becoming a multinational enterprise. In 2001, Baichuan (Asia) Limited was established in Hong Kong, and a production and assembly base, Zhongshan Baichuan Huiying Precision Industrial Co., Ltd., was set up in mainland China to produce thread-trimming machines and semi-automatic sewing equipment. The company boasts a team of top-notch professional technicians who developed and produced direct current brushless motors in 2005, and in 2009, they developed and produced sewing machine servo motors, microcomputer-controlled tape feeding machines, and automated sewing equipment. The company has been honored with over 100 product patents, more than 10 high-tech product awards, and ISO9001:2015 international standard quality system certification.

During the COVID-19 pandemic in February 2020, the company actively responded to the government's call to expedite the resumption of work. It urgently invested in the research, development, and production of mask-making machines and protective clothing equipment. Since the establishment of production, it has been producing an average of 30 flat mask-making machines and 15 KN95 mask-making machines per month, with products exported to countries worldwide. Meanwhile, it set up a 1,600-square-meter cleanroom workshop for mask production, obtained the "Registration Certificate and Production License for Class II Medical Devices" in August, and was included in the white list for medical mask exports by the Ministry of Commerce in November. Currently, the company has nine automated production lines for disposable flat masks and four production lines for KN95 masks, with a daily output exceeding 500,000 masks. All mask products have passed tests conforming to standards such as the U.S. FDA, EU REACH regulations, EN14683, ASTM F-2100, EEAC, and GB, and have been exported to overseas countries to aid in pandemic prevention efforts since production commenced.
